Mitigation Plan by developers and LRG Requests to Authorities

Under the EIA process the developer must follow the agreed Mitigation Plan to reduce any impact to neighbouring residents and established estates and enterprises. This includes hours of working, on which days (not on Sundays), removal of mud from earth moving lorries and other mitigation measures needed to control the safety and normal enjoyment of the area by the people actually living there.

We have attached the main mitigation measures for the three developments of concern in the Layan area - namely AYANA, VERDE and SUNHILLS (these will be listed as first - at the bottom)

Also the LRG Letters to Governor, OrBorTor, ONEP - Office of Natural Resources and Environment and other Authorities are attached by way of record to highlight the ongoing work to attempt to get developers to actually follow EIA Mitigation requirements stipulated by Thai Law and the ONEP.
