Under the laws of Thailand all new large-scale developments need to follow the EIA process - the Environmental Impact Assessment - for proper community engagement, planning and legal procedures to construct safe developments that follow the building code and related regulations.
To assist understanding this please find some straight-forward outlines of this process and how it should function.
In the first place all new developers should engage with neighbours within a radius of 1km. We have attached samples of this First Step in the process. This should begin the process of engagement and design of the development.
